Key Responsibilities
• Drive sales growth and expand market presence in the assigned territory.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with farmers and dealers.
• Promote and sell DSP Agrochemicals' products.
• Conduct farmer meetings, field demonstrations and promotional activities.
• Achieve sales targets and contribute to business development.
• Provide crop protection and crop nutrition guidance to farmers.
• Develop the dealer network and identify recent business opportunities. ✅ Candidate Requirements
•

Experience:
2–5 years in agriculture, agrochemicals, fertilizers or crop nutrition sales.
• Qualification: Graduate, preferably in Agriculture.
•

Skills:
Strong communication, sales, negotiation and market development skills.
• Good knowledge of the agricultural market and farmer/dealer networks in Gujarat.
