Job Description
We are looking for an experienced Marketplace Growth Specialist with hands-on experience managing and growing seller accounts on Etsy, eBay, and other global marketplaces for multiple clients.
Key Responsibilities
Manage Etsy and eBay seller accounts, product listings, and catalogue optimisation. Conduct keyword research, SEO, and competitor analysis. Monitor account health, resolve listing issues, and ensure marketplace policy compliance. Develop strategies to improve product visibility, traffic, and sales. Track performance metrics and prepare regular client reports. Requirements 2–4 years of hands-on experience with Etsy, eBay, and other global marketplaces. Experience managing multiple client accounts, preferably in an e-commerce agency. Strong knowledge of marketplace SEO, listing optimisation, and account management. Valuable analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills Preferred: Immediate joiner.
