About the Role
We are looking for experienced Vendor and Customer Specialists with a background in the e-commerce industry. The ideal candidates should have solid communication and customer support skills, along with good proficiency in Excel, to manage vendor coordination, customer queries, and day-to-day operational requirements efficiently.

Key Responsibilities
• Manage vendor and customer communications, ensuring timely and professional responses.
• Handle customer queries, concerns, and escalations with a solution-oriented approach.
• Coordinate with vendors to resolve order-related issues, follow up on pending requests, and ensure smooth operations.
• Maintain accurate records, reports, and trackers using Microsoft Excel.
• Monitor pending cases and follow up with relevant stakeholders to ensure timely resolution.




• Coordinate with internal teams to address operational challenges and improve customer and vendor satisfaction.
• Prepare regular reports and maintain proper documentation of customer and vendor interactions. Required Skills and Qualifications
• 5–6 years of relevant experience, preferably in the e-commerce industry.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong customer support and vendor coordination skills.
• Good working knowledge of Microsoft Excel, including data management, trackers, and reporting.
• Strong problem-solving, follow-up, and coordination skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and handle escalations effectively.
• Willingness to work the night shift.
