We are hiring a Supply Chain Functional Consultant for one of our clients in Chennai. We are looking for a candidate with strong functional knowledge of supply chain processes, along with a good understanding of application development, SDLC, data, and analytics. The role will involve working closely with business users and technology teams to understand operational requirements and translate them into effective technology and process solutions.
Key Responsibilities
• Understand and analyze business requirements across supply chain functions and processes
• Work closely with business stakeholders, functional teams, and application development teams
• Translate business requirements into functional specifications and technology requirements
• Support implementation, enhancement, testing, and deployment of business applications
• Participate in different stages of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC)
• Work with data and analytics teams to support reporting, analysis, and business decision-making
• Assist in identifying process improvements and opportunities for automation
• Coordinate with stakeholders and project teams across multiple locations in India
• Support user testing, issue resolution, documentation, and application rollout Required Skills & Experience
• 4–5 years of relevant qualified experience
• Strong understanding of Supply Chain Management concepts and business processes
• Experience working as a Functional Consultant / Business Analyst in supply chain-related projects
• Good understanding of application development and SDLC processes
• Good understanding of data, reporting, and analytics
• Ability to gather, analyze, and document business requirements
• Strong problem-solving and stakeholder-management skills
• Good communication skills in English and Hindi
