Key Responsibilities
• Oversee end-to-end restaurant, bar, and brewery operations.
• Drive revenue growth, profitability, and cost control.
• Lead, mentor, and motivate large operational teams.
• Ensure exceptional guest experiences and premium service standards.
• Manage inventory, P&L;, budgeting, and operational KPIs.
• Develop strategies to enhance footfall, corporate business, and repeat clientele. Candidate Profile:




• Proven experience in senior leadership roles within premium restaurants, bars, or brewpubs.
• Strong expertise in F&B; operations, team management, and financial performance.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and business development skills. Compensation: Up to ₹1,00,000 per month, based on experience and suitability. ?
