About the Role
27 Estates is seeking a driven and client-focused Real Estate Telecaller to join our sales function. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for prospective clients, engaging them by phone, qualifying their requirements, and introducing our exclusive project portfolio. You will work closely with the sales team to convert early-stage interest into confirmed site visits and, ultimately, closed opportunities. We are looking for someone with robust spoken communication, a consultative approach to client conversations, and the discipline to thrive in a target-driven, fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities
• Conduct outbound calls to prospective clients and respond promptly to inbound inquiries
• Present property details and project offerings clearly and accurately
• Understand client needs, budget, and preferences to qualify leads effectively
• Maintain structured, consistent follow-up with interested prospects
• Schedule and confirm site visits and client appointments
• Keep accurate call records and CRM updates




• Partner with the sales team to support lead conversion and handover Qualifications and Skills Essential
• Excellent verbal communication skills, with fluency in English
• Ability to build rapport quickly and handle client conversations with confidence and professionalism
• Strong follow-up discipline and relationship-building skills
• Working knowledge of real estate projects and customer handling
• Comfort working toward defined targets in a fast-paced setting Preferred
• Proficiency in Kannada, Hindi and/or Telugu
