Role Description The Sr. Executive – TA (Talent Acquisition) is a full-time, on-site role based in Raipur. This role is responsible for managing end-to-end recruitment processes, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and coordinating selection for various positions across the organization. The role also involves tracking recruitment metrics, ensuring compliance with internal policies, and supporting HR projects related to talent management and workforce planning. Qualifications
• Candidates should possess skills in Assistant Teaching and Working With Children for effective training support and engagement during onboarding or internal learning sessions.
• Candidates should possess strong Communication and Education-related skills to clearly convey information, collaborate with stakeholders, and support knowledge-sharing within the organization.
• Candidates should possess foundational Mathematics skills to manage recruitment data, analyze metrics, and handle basic HR-related calculations.
• Relevant experience in talent acquisition, recruitment coordination, or HR operations in a corporate or manufacturing environment is beneficial.
• A bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field, along with familiarity with applicant tracking systems and MS Office, is preferred.
• Ability to work in office in Raipur, manage multiple hiring requirements, maintain confidentiality, and uphold gender-neutral, non-discriminatory hiring practices.
