Come, join the pack Job Summary: We are looking for a Manager – Strategy to work closely with the leadership team on some of the most important strategic and business priorities at PEP Technologies
- mCaffeine & Hyphen. This is a high-ownership role for someone who enjoys solving ambiguous problems, working across functions and moving seamlessly between strategy, problem-solving and execution. The role will provide direct exposure to the leadership and an opportunity to work on initiatives that can have a meaningful impact on the business.

Key Responsibilities
• Work closely with the leadership on high-priority strategic and business initiatives across the organisation.
• Structure and solve complex, ambiguous business problems through rigorous analysis and data-driven thinking.
• Drive strategic projects from problem definition → analysis → recommendation → execution → tracking of outcomes.




• Partner with functional leaders across Growth, Marketing, E-commerce, Supply Chain, Finance, Product and other teams to drive key initiatives.
• Conduct market, consumer, competitor and category analysis to identify growth opportunities.
• Build business cases, financial models, dashboards and presentations to support strategic decision-making.
• Track key business priorities and ensure timely execution across stakeholders.
• Identify gaps, opportunities and bottlenecks and work with teams to develop actionable solutions.
• Prepare high-quality insights and recommendations for Founder and leadership discussions.
• Take ownership of special projects and new initiatives as they emerge with the evolving needs of the business. What We’re Looking For:
• 4–6 years of experience, ideally from a top-tier strategy consulting firm, investment banking, corporate strategy or a high-growth startup environment.
• Strong structured problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Ability to break down ambiguous problems and develop explicit, actionable solutions.
• Strong business and commercial acumen with an interest in consumer/D2C businesses.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to work independently and take complete ownership of projects.
• Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, ambiguous and high-growth environment.
• Strong proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets and PowerPoint/Google Slides.
• High attention to detail with the ability to think both strategically and practically.
