About the Role
RTAC is looking for a detail-oriented Business Analyst to understand business requirements, analyze workflows, and help translate client needs into practical software solutions. The role involves working closely with clients, developers, and testing teams to ensure applications meet business objectives.
Key Responsibilities
• Gather and document business and functional requirements.
• Interact with clients to understand processes, challenges, and expectations.
• Prepare requirement documents, user stories, and process flow diagrams.
• Coordinate with development and QA teams throughout the project lifecycle.
• Assist in defining acceptance criteria and validating delivered features.
• Identify process gaps and recommend improvements.
• Track requirement changes and maintain project documentation. Skills & Qualifications
• Strong analytical, communication, and documentation skills.
• Understanding of SDLC, software requirements, and business workflows.
• Familiarity with Excel, SQL, flowcharts, or project management tools is an advantage.
• Ability to translate business needs into explicit technical requirements.
• Attention to detail and effective stakeholder coordination.
• Freshers with relevant projects or internship experience are encouraged to apply.
