Role Description The Assistant Manager role is a full-time, on-site position based in Secunderābād. This role supports day-to-day project and site operations, including coordinating with site supervisors, vendors, contractors, and internal teams to ensure work progress aligns with project plans and timelines. The Assistant Manager assists in monitoring budgets, resource allocation, and procurement, while helping maintain documentation such as reports, work schedules, and compliance records. The Assistant Manager also contributes to stakeholder communication,

• Demonstrated ability to coordinate construction or real estate projects, including site operations, scheduling, and vendor/contractor management.
• Strong organizational and documentation skills, with experience handling reports, project tracking, and basic budgeting or cost monitoring.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams, clients, and external partners on-site.
• Working knowledge of construction practices, safety standards, and quality control procedures; familiarity with local regulations is an advantage.
• Ability to work on-site full time in Secunderābād, manage multiple priorities, and respond proactively to operational challenges.
• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
