Role Description This is a full time, on-site Marketing Executive role based in Chennai. The Marketing Executive will plan and execute marketing campaigns to increase footfall and sales, aligning initiatives with the company’s brand and objectives. Daily responsibilities include social media management, analyzing customer trends, coordinating promotional events, and managing in-store marketing materials. The role involves close collaboration with the sales team to design offers, track campaign performance, and support customer engagement activities.



The Marketing Executive will also contribute to digital and local outreach efforts to strengthen the bookstore’s presence in the community. Qualifications
• Candidates should possess skills in digital marketing, with focus on Meta platforms, to design and implement effective promotional strategies.
• Candidates should possess skills in Market Research to understand customer preferences, competitive landscape, and emerging trends.
• Candidates should possess strong Communication skills to engage customers, coordinate with internal teams, and work with external partners.
• Candidates should possess Sales and basic Marketing skills to support revenue growth and customer acquisition initiatives.
• Relevant experience in retail, publishing, or bookselling is an advantage.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field is preferred.
• Preferably with 1-3 years of overall experience, of which at least 1 year of social media marketing.
• Ability to work on-site, manage multiple tasks, and collaborate effectively in a team-oriented environment.
