Key Responsibilities
· Develop and execute business development strategies to drive revenue growth for CDMO and regulatory services across global pharmaceutical, biotech, and healthcare markets.
· Identify, generate, and convert new business opportunities through proactive prospecting, networking, and strategic partnerships.
· Build and manage a strong sales pipeline and ensure consistent achievement of revenue and growth targets.
· Lead end-to-end business development activities including opportunity qualification, proposal development, pricing, negotiation, and contract closure.
· Establish and maintain robust relationships with key stakeholders including CMC teams, procurement heads, R&D; leaders, and manufacturing partners.
· Expand market presence across UK, EU, US, Canada, and emerging regions through targeted outreach and client engagement.
· Develop and manage strategic partnerships with pharmaceutical companies, biotech firms, CROs,



and manufacturing organizations.
· Conduct market intelligence, competitor analysis, and monitor CDMO industry trends to support strategic decision-making. ·Collaborate with technical, quality, regulatory, and operations teams to develop compliant and commercially viable service offerings.
· Prepare business forecasts, reports, pipeline dashboards, and management updates for leadership review.
· Support pricing strategy, proposal development, and client-specific solution design for CDMO projects.
· Contribute to strategic planning, KPI tracking, and overall business expansion initiatives. Qualifications and Experience Minimum 8-10+ years of experience in Business Development, Corporate Development, or Strategic Partnerships. Leadership within CRO/CDMO & Regulatory Affairs services.
