Role Description This is a full time remote role for a Technical Recruiter at Outcome School. The Technical Recruiter will manage full-life cycle recruiting, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and guiding candidates through the hiring process for technical and related roles. Day-to-day responsibilities include collaborating with hiring managers to define role requirements, building diverse talent pipelines, coordinating interviews,



and maintaining a strong candidate experience. The role also involves developing relationships with industry partners, leveraging data to improve recruiting processes, and supporting hiring strategies aligned with Outcome School’s mission to create real workforce opportunities for underserved learners. Qualifications
• Candidates should possess strong skills in Full-life Cycle Recruiting and Recruiting, with experience managing end-to-end hiring processes.
• Candidates should possess solid Technical Recruiting and Hiring skills, including sourcing and evaluating candidates for engineering and other technical roles.
• Candidates should possess excellent Communication skills, including clear written and verbal communication and the ability to collaborate with diverse stakeholders.
• Experience recruiting in technology, education, or mission-driven organizations is beneficial.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment, manage multiple searches, and use ATS and sourcing tools effectively.
• Demonstrated commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion in talent practices is highly valued.
• Relevant education or equivalent professional experience in recruiting, human resources, or talent acquisition is preferred.
