Responsible for Electrical and Instrumentation engineering activities for Air-Cooled Heat Exchanger (ACHE) packages in accordance with project specifications and client requirements. Prepare, review, and coordinate technical documents for electrical equipment, including motors, Variable Frequency Drives (VFDs), Local Control Stations (LCSs), Junction Boxes (JBs), and vibration monitoring devices. Review and prepare equipment datasheets, General Arrangement Drawings (GADs), Single-Line Diagrams (SLDs), wiring diagrams, and technical specifications. Coordinate with vendors and suppliers for technical offers, datasheets, drawings, compliance statements, and technical clarifications. Prepare and maintain electrical load lists, cable schedules, equipment lists, and technical document submission trackers. Review vendor documents and ensure compliance with project specifications, applicable IEC/IEEE standards, and client engineering requirements. Coordinate Quality Assurance Plans (QAPs), Inspection and Test Plans (ITPs), Factory Acceptance Test (FAT) procedures, and inspection-related documents. Coordinate with clients, consultants,



and vendors to resolve technical queries, review comments, and engineering discrepancies. Monitor document submission, review, approval, and revision status to ensure timely completion of project deliverables. Coordinate and support Factory Acceptance Tests (FAT), routine testing, functional checks, and electrical control circuit string testing. Review hazardous-area equipment requirements and verify applicable IECEx, ATEX, and PESO certifications as specified in project documents. Coordinate technical interfaces between motors, VFDs, LCSs, instrumentation devices, and control systems, including Modbus TCP/IP communication requirements. Review and resolve client comments on engineering documents and coordinate the incorporation of revisions for resubmission and approval. Coordinate with procurement and project teams to ensure technical requirements are addressed during equipment ordering, inspection, and delivery. Maintain project engineering records, vendor documentation, inspection reports, and technical correspondence.
