Role Description The Financial Services Advisor is a full-time. The advisor will engage with prospective and existing customers to understand their financial needs and recommend suitable life insurance and investment solutions. Daily responsibilities include conducting financial needs assessments, explaining product features and benefits, preparing customized financial plans, and assisting customers with policy applications and documentation. The role involves regular follow-up with clients, maintaining accurate records of interactions,



and ensuring prompt service support and policy renewals. The advisor will collaborate with internal teams to stay updated on product offerings, regulatory guidelines, and market trends, while meeting assigned sales and service targets in a professional and ethical manner. Qualifications
• Ability to provide comprehensive guidance in Financial Planning and Financial Advisory, aligning solutions with customer goals.
• Strong understanding of Finance and Investments, including risk profiles and long-term wealth creation strategies.
• Knowledge of Retirement Planning, including designing plans that support post-retirement income and security.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills to build trust, explain complex financial concepts clearly, and maintain long-term client relationships.
• Goal-oriented mindset with the ability to meet sales and service targets while maintaining high ethical standards.
• Bachelor’s degree in finance, business, economics, or a related field; relevant certifications in financial services or insurance are an advantage.
• Prior experience in life insurance, banking, or financial advisory services is preferred but not mandatory.
• Comfort with on-site client interactions and proficiency in using digital tools and CRM systems for managing customer information.
