This role involves ideation, content strategy, team management, client interaction, and overseeing the quality of all copy output. The ideal candidate is a strong storyteller, brand thinker, and mentor who can translate marketing goals into compelling communication.

Key Responsibilities
Strategy & Ideation ● Develop creative concepts and communication strategies aligned with brand objectives ● Lead brainstorming sessions for campaigns, launches, and always-on content ● Translate briefs into cutting-edge ideas across digital and offline channels ● Ensure consistency in brand voice and messaging Content Planning & Calendar ● Plan and manage monthly/quarterly content calendars ● Align content with marketing campaigns, seasonal moments, and business goals ● Coordinate with design, marketing, and social teams for execution Copywriting & Content Development ● Write high-impact copy for digital, social media, websites, ads, emailers, and campaigns ● Adapt tone and messaging for different platforms and audiences ● Ensure clarity, creativity,



and conversion focus in all communicationTeam Leadership & Oversight ● Manage and mentor junior copywriters/content creators ● Review, edit, and approve copies produced by team members ● Provide constructive feedback to improve writing quality and creativity ● Maintain workflow efficiency and ensure deadlines are met Client Handling ● Participate in client meetings to understand requirements and present ideas ● Translate client briefs into actionable creative directions ● Incorporate feedback while maintaining creative integrity ● Build strong client relationships through proactive communication Required Skills & Qualifications ● Proven experience as a Copywriter/Senior Copywriter (typically 4–8+ years) ● Strong portfolio showcasing campaigns and multi-platform work ● Excellent writing, editing, and proofreading skills ● Strategic thinking and concept development ability ● Team management experience ● Ability to handle multiple projects in a fast-paced environment ● Strong presentation and communication skills Preferred Skills ● Experience in advertising/marketing agencies or brand teams ● Understanding of digital marketing, SEO, and social media trends ● Ability to collaborate cross-functionally with design and marketing teams
