Role Description The Senior Performance Marketer Associate is a full-time, on-site role based in Gurugram. This position is responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing performance marketing campaigns across digital channels to drive user acquisition, engagement, and retention. Day-to-day tasks include managing paid media budgets, setting up and monitoring campaigns, analysing performance data, and running A/B tests to improve conversion rates and ROI. The role involves collaborating with product, design, and content teams to develop compelling creatives and landing pages, as well as identifying new growth opportunities and channels.



The Senior Performance Marketer Associate will also prepare regular reports, present insights to stakeholders, and contribute to the overall growth strategy of Filo. Qualifications
• Experience with performance marketing channels such as paid search, paid social, app install campaigns, and display advertising.
• Strong analytical skills with proficiency in tools like Google Analytics, app analytics platforms, and campaign dashboards.
• Ability to manage budgets, optimize bids, and track key metrics such as CAC, LTV, ROAS, and conversion rates.
• Familiarity with A/B testing, funnel optimization, and data-driven experimentation.
• Comfort working with marketing and ad platforms (e.g., Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, other mobile ad networks).
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills for collaborating with cross-functional teams and presenting insights.
• Strong organizational and time management abilities, with attention to detail and accuracy.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Analytics, or a related field; advanced degrees or relevant certifications are a plus.
• Prior experience in edtech, consumer internet, or growth-focused start-ups is beneficial.
• Demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to evolving priorities.
