Responsibilities:
• Connect with potential buyers interested in Real Estate investment.
• Conduct property visits and site tours for prospective customers.
• Explain project details, pricing, payment plans, and property features.
• Follow up consistently with interested prospects and convert leads into sales.
• Build strong, long-lasting relationships with prospects through consultative and personalised conversations.
• Maintain accurate lead records, follow-ups, and sales pipeline updates. Qualifications Required:
• 3–10 years of experience in sales, preferably in real estate or property sales.




• Good communication, negotiation, and convincing skills.
• Presentable personality with a professional approach.
• Ability to handle customers confidently and close sales.
• Solid follow-up, objection handling, and rapport-building skills.
• Target-oriented, self-motivated, and comfortable working in a fast-paced start-up environment.
• Ambitious, money-minded individual who does not want to be counted as average.
• Knowledge of the Ranchi real estate market will be an added advantage.
