Role Description The Senior Project Manager (Civil) will oversee end-to-end planning, execution, and completion of civil infrastructure projects in Singrauli. This full-time, on-site role includes managing project schedules, budgets, resources, and risks, while coordinating with engineers, site supervisors, contractors, and vendors. The Senior Project Manager will review designs and drawings, ensure compliance with technical standards and regulatory requirements, and monitor construction quality and safety at the site. Responsibilities also include preparing progress reports, leading review meetings, resolving site issues, and ensuring projects are delivered within scope, timeline, and cost parameters. The role involves mentoring project teams,



optimizing construction methods, and supporting continuous improvement in project management practices. Qualifications
• Robust project leadership and coordination skills, including Project Management and Construction Management experience.
• Solid technical background in Civil Engineering and Infrastructure projects, with the ability to interpret drawings and specifications.
• Proficiency in Budgeting and cost control, including resource allocation, cost estimation, and financial tracking.
• Experience managing on-site construction activities, stakeholder communication, and compliance with safety and quality standards.
• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a related discipline; advanced certification in project management (e.g., PMP or equivalent) is an advantage.
• Familiarity with project management and construction planning software (e.g., MS Project, Primavera, AutoCAD) is beneficial.
• Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make informed decisions under time constraints.
• Ability to work on-site in Singrauli and coordinate with cross-functional teams, clients, and regulatory authorities.
