Senior Salesforce Developer

About the Role
We are looking for a Senior Salesforce Developer with robust hands-on experience in Salesforce development, administration, enterprise implementations, and integrations. The ideal candidate should have expertise in Apex, Lightning Web Components, Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Agentforce.

Key Responsibilities
• Design, develop, and implement scalable Salesforce solutions.
• Develop custom functionality using Apex, Triggers, Trigger Frameworks, Queueable Apex, Batch Apex, and SOQL.
• Build user interfaces using Lightning Web Components (LWC) and Aura Components.
• Develop and configure solutions across Sales Cloud and Service Cloud.
• Implement and support Agentforce solutions and Salesforce AI capabilities.
• Integrate Salesforce with external systems using REST/SOAP APIs, Web Services, Middleware, and ETL tools.
• Participate in code reviews, testing, deployments, and production support.
• Follow Salesforce best practices, governor limits, order of execution, and coding standards.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and participate in Agile/Scrum activities.



Required Skills
• 5–7+ years of hands-on Salesforce development experience.
• Experience delivering at least 3 Salesforce implementations.
• Strong expertise in Apex, Triggers, SOQL, LWC, and Aura.
• Hands-on experience with Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Agentforce.
• Strong understanding of Salesforce Governor Limits and Order of Execution.
• Experience with Salesforce integrations, REST/SOAP APIs, and Web Services.
• Familiarity with Git/GitHub, Bitbucket, Azure DevOps, VS Code, SFDX, Copado, or Gearset.
• Strong troubleshooting, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Experience working in enterprise environments and Agile/Scrum teams. Good to Have
• MuleSoft integration experience.
• ServiceMax implementation and configuration experience.
• Knowledge of Work Orders, Installed Products, Contracts, Preventive Maintenance, and Service Agreements.
• ProntoForms integration experience.
• Salesforce certifications such as Platform Developer I/II, Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, or Agentforce-related certifications. Share your resume to [email protected]
