– Junior Accounts Officer (SAP)

Location:
R&D; Centre Department: Finance & Accounts Reporting To: Location Finance Lead Job Purpose: To support day-to-day accounting operations, SAP transaction processing, vendor payments, compliance activities, and financial reporting for the R&D; facility.

Key Responsibilities
• Process accounting transactions and journal entries in SAP.
• Verify and book vendor invoices, employee reimbursements, and expenses.
• Handle vendor payments and reconciliations.
• Support month-end and year-end account closing activities.
• Maintain records of fixed assets and assist in asset capitalization.
• Assist in GST, TDS, and other statutory compliance activities.
• Prepare MIS reports and accounting schedules.
• Qualifications &

Experience:
• B.
Com / M.
Com / MBA (Finance).
• 1-3 years of experience in Accounts & Finance.
• Hands-on experience in SAP FICO Module (S4Hana). Required

Skills:
• Positive knowledge of accounting principles.
• Working experience in SAP.
• Understanding of GST and TDS compliance.
• Proficiency in MS Excel.
