Role Description This is a full time, on-site role for a Hair Transplant Doctor (MBBS Freshers) based in Bengaluru. The doctor will assist senior specialists in conducting patient consultations, performing hair loss assessments, and documenting medical histories and treatment plans. Daily responsibilities include supporting hair transplant procedures under supervision, preparing patients and treatment rooms, and monitoring pre
- and post-procedure care. The role involves counseling patients on treatment options, maintaining accurate medical records, ensuring adherence to clinical protocols and hygiene standards, and collaborating with the dermatology and nursing teams to deliver safe, high-quality care.



Qualifications
• Completed MBBS from a recognized and accredited medical college; valid medical registration with the appropriate Medical Council.
• Foundational clinical skills, including patient examination, history taking, diagnosis of common hair and scalp conditions, and basic dermatology exposure.
• Interest and aptitude in aesthetic medicine and hair transplant techniques, with willingness to undergo intensive training in FUE/FUT and related procedures.
• Strong communication and counseling skills to explain treatment plans, manage patient expectations, and provide clear pre

• Attention to detail, manual dexterity, and ability to follow precise protocols during procedures and sterile techniques.
• Ethical, patient-centered approach with professionalism, empathy, and respect for confidentiality and diverse backgrounds.
• Ability to work in a team-based clinical environment, adapt to structured processes, and manage time effectively in a high-volume practice.
• Basic computer skills for electronic medical records and documentation; proficiency in local languages and English is an advantage.
• Prior internship or observership experience in dermatology, trichology, or cosmetology clinics is preferred but not mandatory.
