Role Description The 4-wheeler mechanic role at Reliable and Turbo is a full time, on-site position based in Jaipur. The mechanic will perform routine inspections, diagnose mechanical and electrical issues, and carry out maintenance and repair work on a range of four-wheel vehicles. Daily tasks include servicing engines, brakes, suspension, and transmission systems; conducting preventive maintenance; and using diagnostic tools to identify faults and recommend solutions. The role also involves maintaining accurate service records, following safety procedures, and communicating clearly with supervisors and customers about repair needs, timelines,



and costs. The mechanic will collaborate with the workshop team to ensure efficient workflow and high-quality service standards. Qualifications
• Candidates should possess strong skills in Maintenance and Maintenance & Repair for four-wheel vehicles.
• Candidates should possess practical experience in Preventive Maintenance to reduce breakdowns and extend vehicle life.
• Candidates should possess hands-on exposure to Heavy Equipment or larger vehicles, including knowledge of relevant systems and tools.
• Candidates should possess effective Troubleshooting skills to diagnose mechanical and electrical issues accurately.
• Formal training or certification in automotive mechanics or a related field is preferred.
• Ability to read technical manuals, use diagnostic equipment, and follow safety and quality standards.
• Prior experience in a workshop or service center environment is beneficial.
• Strong attention to detail, reliability, and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
