Role Description The Aesthetic & Dental Doctor is a full-time, on-site role based in Lucknow, responsible for providing high-quality dental and aesthetic treatments to guests and club members in a luxury hospitality setting. Daily responsibilities include conducting consultations, performing clinical assessments, recommending personalized treatment plans, and delivering procedures such as routine dental care, cosmetic dentistry, facial aesthetics, and wellness-oriented interventions aligned with Aviyaan’s standards. The role involves maintaining accurate medical records, ensuring strict adherence to clinical protocols, infection control, and safety guidelines, and coordinating with the wellness, spa, and hospitality teams to offer seamless guest experiences.



The doctor will educate guests on oral health, aesthetic options, and preventive care, while contributing to service innovation and guest satisfaction through evidence-based practice and compassionate communication. Qualifications
• Relevant medical or dental degree (BDS, MDS, MBBS with specialization in dermatology or aesthetics, or equivalent), with valid registration and license to practice.
• Demonstrated experience in general dentistry and cosmetic/aesthetic procedures, including consultation, diagnosis, treatment planning, and follow-up care.
• Strong clinical skills in patient assessment, infection control, chairside procedures, and use of modern dental and aesthetic equipment.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to explain treatment options clearly and maintain a guest-centric, reassuring approach.
• Proven ability to work in a multidisciplinary environment, collaborating with hospitality, spa, and wellness teams while maintaining professional boundaries and ethics.
• Commitment to continuous learning, staying updated on advances in dental and aesthetic treatments, technologies, and safety standards.
• High standards of professionalism, integrity, and discretion, with sensitivity to diverse cultures and backgrounds.
• Prior experience in a hotel, resort, wellness center, or premium clinic setting is an advantage.
