Role Description The Social Media Manager/Graphics Designer role is a full-time, on-site position based in Lucknow. In this role, the team member will manage and grow the company’s presence across social media platforms by planning, creating, and scheduling posts, stories, and campaigns aligned with brand and marketing objectives. Daily responsibilities include developing content strategies, optimizing social media performance, monitoring engagement and analytics, and responding to comments and inquiries in a professional manner. The role also involves designing visually appealing graphics, banners, and promotional materials for social media, websites, and digital campaigns, while collaborating closely with marketing, sales,



and product teams to support ongoing initiatives. The team member will stay updated on social media trends, competitor activity, and design best practices to continuously improve brand visibility and audience engagement. Qualifications
• Candidates should possess skills in Social Media Marketing and Social Media Optimization (SMO) for planning, executing, and improving campaigns across platforms.
• Candidates should possess strong Communication and Writing skills for creating clear, engaging, and brand-consistent content.
• Candidates should possess skills in Content Strategy for planning content calendars, aligning posts with campaigns, and targeting relevant audiences.
• Candidates should possess graphic design abilities using tools such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva, or similar software for social media creatives.
• Candidates should have familiarity with social media analytics tools and basic knowledge of digital marketing concepts.
