- Epitight, Cozitis, and Niconi. We blend nature and technology to build products consumers love and trust. We're hiring a Google Ads Specialist who goes beyond running campaigns
- someone who owns performance, obsesses over quality scores, and scales revenue through sharp intent-based targeting.

What you'll do
• Plan, launch, and optimize Google Ads campaigns across Search, Shopping, PMax, Display, and YouTube.
• Manage Google Merchant Center, product feeds, and Shopping campaigns.
• Conduct keyword research, search term analysis, and negative keyword management.
• Create and test ad copies, creatives, and landing pages to improve performance.
• Implement bidding strategies such as Target ROAS, Target CPA, and Maximize Conversions.
• Manage conversion tracking using GTM, GA4, and Google Ads.
• Set up remarketing campaigns and audience targeting.
• Monitor ROAS, CPA, CTR, CPC, and other key performance metrics.
• Allocate budgets and optimize campaigns to achieve revenue targets.
• Conduct A/B testing and prepare performance reports using GA4 or Looker Studio.




• Coordinate with creative teams and stay updated on Google Ads trends and policies. Requirements
• Minimum 1 year of hands-on Google Ads experience.
• Proven experience managing Search, Shopping, and Performance Max campaigns for D2C/e-commerce brands.
• Strong knowledge of Google Merchant Center, product feeds, and conversion tracking using GTM and GA4.
• Expertise in Smart Bidding, budget optimization, and ROAS improvement.
• Strong analytical skills and understanding of CPA, CTR, Quality Score, and Impression Share.
• Ability to create effective ad copies and coordinate with creative teams.
• Experience in Beauty, Skincare, or Personal Care brands preferred.
• Google Ads certification and Looker Studio knowledge preferred. Why join us
