We’re looking for someone who can manage social media platforms, improve organic visibility, and use AI tools to strengthen our marketing efforts. 1. Social Media Management
• Experience managing social media platforms such as LinkedIn, X (Twitter), Instagram, Facebook, and Reddit.
• Ability to plan content calendars, publish content consistently, and manage audience engagement.
• Understanding of platform-specific content strategies and organic growth.
• Experience with Discord is a plus, but not mandatory. 2. SEO & Organic Growth
• Valuable understanding of SEO, including technical SEO, on-page SEO, and off-page SEO.
• Ability to conduct keyword research, competitor analysis, and search intent analysis.
• Experience optimizing website content, metadata, internal linking, and site structure.
• Understanding of backlinks, link-building strategies, and domain authority.
• Ability to identify and resolve technical SEO issues affecting website performance and indexing. 3. AEO & AI-Powered Marketing
• Understanding of Answer Engine Optimization (AEO) and strategies for improving visibility in AI-powered search results.
• Familiarity with Generative Engine Optimization (GEO) is a plus.




• Ability to use AI tools to research topics, generate content ideas, optimize content, and improve marketing workflows.
• Knowledge of how to structure content for search engines, AI assistants, and answer engines. 4. Analytics & Performance Tracking
• Familiarity with tools such as Google Analytics 4, Google Search Console, and SEO research tools.
• Ability to track website traffic, keyword rankings, social media engagement, and organic growth.
• Comfortable analyzing performance data and using insights to improve marketing strategies. 5. What We’re Looking For
• A hands-on person who can independently manage social media and SEO activities.
• Strong writing, research, and communication skills.
• Someone who understands organic growth and focuses on measurable results.
• A willingness to experiment with new AI tools, platforms, and marketing strategies. Additional Advantage: Experience building social media communities, especially on Reddit and Discord.
