3–7 Years Joining: Immediate Joiners Preferred Role Description We are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Senior Accountant to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing day-to-day accounting operations, maintaining accurate financial records, preparing financial statements and MIS reports, handling accounts payable and receivable, performing bank reconciliations, and ensuring compliance with GST, TDS, and other statutory regulations. The role also involves monitoring budgets, managing cash flow, coordinating with auditors, and supporting overall financial operations. Qualifications
• Strong core accounting skills, including general ledger management,



accounts payable/receivable, reconciliations, and financial reporting.
• Proficiency in budgeting, forecasting, financial analysis, and cash flow management to support data-driven business decisions.
• Experience with accounting software and ERP systems, along with solid Excel skills and comfort working with financial data and spreadsheets.
• Knowledge of applicable accounting standards, tax regulations, and compliance requirements relevant to corporate finance.
• Ability to establish and maintain internal controls, streamline processes, and support audit preparation and audit queries.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and time-management abilities, with attention to detail and accuracy under deadlines.
• Effective communication and collaboration skills, including the ability to work with cross-functional teams and guide junior staff.
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; professional certifications (such as CA, CMA, or CPA equivalent) are an advantage.
• Prior experience in a senior accounting or similar role, preferably within a creative, design, or services-oriented organization.
