Key Responsibilities
• Be the first point of contact and welcome new students, ensuring a smooth, positive start to their journey with us.
• Conduct a complete walkthrough of the learning module, highlighting key features and the steps they’ll follow through their journey.
• Conduct visualisation sessions to deepen clarity, motivation, and commitment.
• Understand student goals, learning preferences, and expectations to personalize the onboarding journey
• Conduct 7-day progress review and feedback sessions to ensure retention, clarity, and motivation
• Engage students through impactful conversations that build trust and emotional connection
• Maintain onboarding reports,

• 2-8 years of relevant experience in Onboarding, Counselling, Teaching or related roles.
• Excellent command over Hindi communication and presentation
• Strong ability to lead conversations and keep the audience engaged
• Solid interpersonal skills with the ability to build trust and rapport quickly
• High emotional intelligence to make students feel valued, supported, and motivated
