We're looking for a motivated, resourceful person to help us grow our presence in the US market, connect with potential clients, and shape how our brand shows up in the world. This isn't a role where you'll spend every day following someone else's playbook. You'll help write it. ? • Build from zero: Help establish our outreach, sales, and marketing processes.
• Own real work: Take ideas from research to outreach to client conversations.
• Shape the brand: Help create LinkedIn content, marketing material, and messaging that introduces RFPSmith to the market.
• Work globally: Connect with businesses in the US and learn how B2B sales works across markets.
• Grow with the business: Develop practical skills in sales, marketing, client acquisition, and business development.
• Make your contribution visible: Work directly with the founding team, with room to take on greater responsibility as the business grows. ⚡ What you'll work on1. Find opportunities Research potential clients, identify relevant businesses, build prospect lists, and understand who might benefit from our services. 2. Start conversations Conduct cold outreach through email, LinkedIn, and calls. Follow up professionally, start conversations, and help turn interest into business opportunities. 3.



Help win clients Qualify prospects, coordinate introductory conversations, nurture leads, and support the journey from first contact to signed client. 4. Build our voice Help develop LinkedIn content, outreach messaging, brand awareness, and simple marketing campaigns that establish our presence. 5. Build the growth engine Track leads, maintain the sales pipeline, test new approaches, and help us figure out what works. ? • Want practical experience building something real. Previous sales experience is welcome, but it isn't a requirement. Initiative, communication, curiosity, and consistency matter more. ? Compensation & commitmentThis is an early-stage, remote, commission-only opportunity. There is currently no fixed salary; compensation is tied to successful business development and the agreed commission structure. We want to be transparent about this from the beginning.
