Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Collection Operations role based in Bengaluru, suitable for professionals with approximately 2–4 years of relevant experience. The role involves managing day-to-day debt and cash collection activities, including contacting customers, understanding payment issues, and securing timely payments in line with company policies. The Collection Operations team member will handle inbound and outbound calls, maintain accurate records of interactions, and update collection status in internal systems. Responsibilities include resolving customer queries, coordinating with finance and other internal teams,



and adhering to compliance and quality standards. The role also requires meeting collection targets, preparing reports, and contributing to continuous process improvements in the collections function. Qualifications
• Candidates should possess strong Debt Collection and Cash Collection skills, with 2–4 years of hands-on experience in collection operations or a similar role.
• Candidates should possess excellent Communication and Customer Service skills to manage calls, negotiate payment arrangements, and maintain professional client relationships.
• Candidates should possess basic to intermediate Finance knowledge to understand billing, payment cycles, and reconciliation of accounts.
• Candidates should possess proficiency in using call center systems, CRM tools, and spreadsheets, along with accurate data entry and documentation skills.
• Candidates should possess strong time management, target orientation, and problem-solving abilities, with a focus on compliance and ethical collection practices.
• Relevant experience in BPO, call center, or contact center environments is preferred; a graduate degree in any discipline is beneficial.
