Role Description The Creative Designer will work full time on-site at the Odyssey Collective studio in Ahmedabad, collaborating closely with strategists, writers, and other creatives. Day-to-day responsibilities include developing visual concepts, designing brand identities, and creating graphics for digital and print channels. The role involves crafting layouts for web and social media, preparing presentation decks, and ensuring brand consistency across all touchpoints. The Creative Designer will participate in brainstorming sessions with clients and the internal team,



translate brand narratives into compelling visual systems, and iterate designs based on feedback while meeting project timelines. Qualifications
• Ability to conceptualize and execute strong visual ideas, with skills in Creative Design and Graphic Design.
• Proficiency in developing brand identities and visual systems, with experience in Branding and Graphics.
• Knowledge of Web Design principles and best practices for responsive, user-centered interfaces.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating a range of brand, digital, and print design work.
• Proficiency in industry-standard design tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Cloud, Figma or similar).
• Attention to detail, ability to manage multiple projects, and work effectively in a cooperative studio environment.
• Solid communication skills and the ability to present and defend design decisions clearly.
• Relevant education in Design, Visual Communication, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
