Field of Activity:

As part of the Identity and Access Management (IAM) service team, you will support the testing and validation of IAM solutions to ensure secure and compliant access across enterprise systems. Working under the guidance of senior test engineers and developers, you will be involved in testing identity lifecycle functionalities, access provisioning workflows, and integrations with IAM tools such as Sail Point and Cyber Ark. Your work will help ensure that applications are correctly integrated into the IAM ecosystem and comply with security and governance standards.

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Test Engineer with 13 years of experience to join our IAM services team. In this role, you will participate in the planning and execution of test cases for IAM systems, primarily focusing on onboarding applications, validating access provisioning, and supporting integration testing efforts.

You will assist in testing Sail Point IdentityIQ connectors, user lifecycle events, and Cyber Ark integration points. A basic understanding of IAM concepts, identity governance, and security policies is expected. The role will also involve tracking test results, reporting issues, and working closely with development teams to ensure high-quality IAM deployments.

Tasks/Responsibilities:

- Assist in writing and executing test cases for IAM functionalities (e.g., access provisioning, user creation, certification).
- Perform functional and integration testing for Sail Point IdentityIQ and Cyber Ark components.
- Validate application onboarding workflows and access governance policies.




- Log, track, and verify defects using tools such as JIRA or similar platforms.
- Support regression and user acceptance testing (UAT) cycles.
- Review requirements and contribute to test planning and documentation.
- Participate in daily/weekly test status meetings and provide updates.
- Learn and apply IAM standards and security best practices in testing efforts.
- Collaborate with developers and senior testers for issue resolution and clarification.
- Gain exposure to Cyber Ark vaulting and session management testing.

Qualifications/Required Skills:

- 13 years of experience in software testing or quality assurance.
- Basic understanding of IAM concepts and identity lifecycle (provisioning, de-provisioning, access reviews).
- Exposure to or basic knowledge of Sail Point, Cyber Ark, or other IAM tools is a plus.
- Familiarity with testing tools (e.g., JIRA, HP ALM, Zephyr).
- Ability to write and execute structured test cases.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality.
- Good communication skills and willingness to learn in a fast-paced environment.
- Understanding of integration protocols (REST, SCIM) is a plus.
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Security, or a related field.
- ISTQB Foundation or equivalent certification is a plus.
