Role: Business Development Executive

Experience Required: 3+ Years

Location: Hinjewadi Phase 1, Pune

Key Responsibilities

• Identify, qualify, and generate recent business opportunities within the Japanese market.
• Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue and growth targets.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients in Japan.
• Conduct market research to identify trends, potential customers, and competitive
intelligence.
• Manage the complete sales cycle, including lead generation, prospecting, presentations,
proposal submission, negotiation, and closure.
• Collaborate with technical and delivery teams to develop customized solutions for
customer requirements.
• Participate in client meetings, business discussions, and presentations in Japanese and
English.
• Prepare business proposals, RFP responses, presentations, and commercial documents.
• Maintain an updated sales pipeline and CRM records.
• Represent nCircle Tech in industry events, trade shows, webinars,



and networking
activities related to the Japanese market.
• Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.

Required Qualifications

Education
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, Computer
Science, or a related field.

Experience
• 3 to 5 years of experience in Business Development, Sales, Account Management, or IT
Services Sales.
• Proven experience selling Software Development Services, IT Services, Digital
Engineering Services, Product Engineering Services, or Technology Solutions.
• Experience handling clients from Japan or APAC markets will be highly preferred.
Language Skills
• Japanese Language Proficiency: JLPT N1 or N2 mandatory
• Strong verbal and written communication skills in Japanese and English
• Ability to conduct business discussions, presentations, and negotiations in Japanese.
