**Cognizant Moment DX Recruitment** **Skill : Precisely EngageOne** **Experience : 5 to 7 years** **Location : PAN INDIA** **Job Description:** + 5 - 7 years of experience in Customer Communication Management (CCM) with strong expertise in Precisely EngageOne Designer, Server, and Vault. + Hands-on experience in CCM migration and modernization projects, including legacy platform to EngageOne migrations. + Solid knowledge of template design, development, testing, deployment, and production support activities. + Experience working with XML, XSD, AFP, PDF, HTML, and document composition solutions. + Good understanding of EngageOne Server, Vault, CDMS, output generation, archival, and correspondence management processes. + Ability to analyze requirements and prepare technical specifications, design documents, and solution approaches. + Experience with REST APIs, web services, and enterprise application integrations. + Familiarity with Agile methodologies, DevOps practices,



and release management processes. + Strong troubleshooting, defect resolution, performance optimization, and production support experience. + Ability to collaborate with clients, business teams, and developers while ensuring adherence to coding standards and best practices. + Experience supporting functional, integration, regression, and user acceptance testing activities. + Proactive contributor to knowledge sharing, process improvement, and CCM best practice initiatives.
