**_Job Description:_** _The candidate will work closely with technology and business teams to support the development and enhancement of applications while ensuring alignment with business and technical requirements. The candidate will participate in the design, development, testing, and implementation of applications and services, following established architecture and engineering standards._ _The candidate will contribute to identifying system enhancements and process improvements that improve application functionality, performance, and maintainability. Using strong technical expertise, the candidate will develop and maintain scalable applications while adhering to secure coding and development best practices._ _The candidate will analyze and resolve technical issues, support application stability, and assist in troubleshooting production incidents. The role requires participation in all phases of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), including requirements analysis, development, testing, deployment, and post-production support._ _The candidate will create and execute unit and integration test cases, support application releases, and ensure appropriate documentation of technical solutions. Strong technical knowledge and hands-on experience with_ **_Java 11+_** _and the_ **_Spring Boot_** _framework._ _2. Good understanding of_ **_Object Relational Mapping (ORM)_** _concepts,_ **_JPA_** _, and_ **_Hibernate_** _,



with hands-on experience developing data-access layers using_ **_Spring Data JPA_** _._ _3. Sound knowledge of_ **_Relational Database Management Systems (RDBMS)_** _and experience writing medium to complex SQL queries._ _4. Experience developing applications using_ **_Microservices Architecture_** _and related design principles. Experience in modernizing or migrating monolithic applications to microservices is preferred._ _5. Knowledge of_ **_Apache Kafka_** _concepts and components, with hands-on experience producing and consuming messages through Kafka topics._ _6. Experience with_ **_Test-Driven Development (TDD)_** _and solid knowledge of unit and API testing frameworks such as_ **_JUnit_** _and_ **_Rest Assured_** _._ _7. Experience using application monitoring and observability tools such as_ **_Kibana_** _,_ **_Splunk_** _,_ **_AppDynamics_** _, or similar platforms._ _8. Strong debugging and troubleshooting skills with experience using tools such as_ **_jstack_** _,_ **_jmap_** _,_ **_JProfiler_** _,_ **_VisualVM_** _, or equivalent technologies._ _9. Working knowledge of_ **_DevOps_** _concepts and tools, including_ **_CI/CD pipelines_** _,_ **_Docker_** _,_ **_Kubernetes_** _, and cloud platforms._ _10. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively within Agile development teams._ _11. Utilize AI-assisted development tools, including GitHub Copilot, Devin, and other approved AI platforms, to improve software development productivity, code quality, documentation,



testing, and troubleshooting activities._ _12.
