About KGDC: KGDC Enterprises LLP is a fast-growing rooftop solar EPC company headquartered in Jamshedpur, executing residential and commercial & industrial (C&I;) projects across Jharkhand, Odisha and West Bengal.

The prospect: Own MSME and industrial solar sales in a full territory, and build your own team. Four openings, one per belt: (1) Kolkata to Kharagpur; (2) Balasore, Mayurbhanj and Keonjhar, up to Cuttack; (3) Jamshedpur, Ranchi and the surrounding belt; (4) Giridih, Dhanbad, Asansol, Durgapur and Raniganj. You will lead 3-4 Sales Interns in your belt.

What you will do:

- Identify and approach factories, MSMEs and commercial establishments in your belt

- Understand power consumption and tariff, and present payback and ROI

- Drive proposals to closure with senior management support

- Coach your interns on prospecting, appointment booking, follow-ups and documentation

- Keep pipeline and prospects updated in the CRM





Must-have:

- 2 to 3 years in industrial or B2B sales; capital goods / equipment sales preferred

- Strong communication and convincing skills (hard requirement)

- Able to read an electricity bill and build a simple payback calculation

- Strong spoken and written English and Hindi; local language a plus

- Willing to travel across your belt; own vehicle preferred; based in or willing to relocate to your belt

Prior solar experience is not required.

Compensation: Fixed salary of ₹25,000 to ₹30,000 per month plus performance incentives.

Reports to: Technical & C&I; Projects Lead.
