About KGDC: KGDC Enterprises LLP is a rapid-growing rooftop solar EPC company headquartered in Jamshedpur, executing residential and commercial & industrial (C&I;) projects across Jharkhand, Odisha and West Bengal.
The opportunity: Own KGDC's tender pipeline. One opening at our Jamshedpur Head Office, reporting directly to the founder.
What you will do:
- Track solar opportunities on GeM and central and state tender portals
- Study tender documents and technical and financial qualification criteria
- Prepare bid document checklists, submissions and compliance matrices
- Coordinate EMD, bank guarantees, certificates and other bid documents
- Follow up bids until award and maintain a tender tracker
Must-have:
- Hands-on knowledge of GeM and tender portals (central and state e-procurement); prior tender or bid-management experience
- Ability to read and summarise tender documents and qualification criteria
- Strong documentation, Excel and written English; detail-oriented under deadlines
Good-to-have: solar or power-sector tender experience.
Compensation: Fixed salary of ₹20,000 per month.
Reports to: Founder. Location: Jamshedpur Head Office.
