Experience:

We're looking for a hands-on Mechanical Design Engineer who understands that a design is only as valuable as its performance in the real world. Someone who can think from first principles, challenge conventional approaches, solve mechanical problems, and turn concepts into working products. What You'll Do
- Design mechanical components, assemblies, and complete systems using SolidWorks.
- Transform concepts into detailed 3D models and manufacturing-ready 2D drawings.
- Design frames, sheet metal parts, welded structures, brackets, shafts, housings, and mechanical linkages.
- Develop assemblies with a strong focus on functionality, reliability, strength, and simplicity.
- Prepare fabrication drawings, machining drawings, assembly drawings, and Bills of Materials (BOMs).
- Work directly with manufacturing teams to turn designs into physical prototypes.
- Identify design flaws, eliminate unnecessary complexity, reduce costs, and improve performance.
- Solve real-world engineering problems through testing, analysis, and iterative design.
- Collaborate with electrical and manufacturing teams to integrate complete mechanical systems.
- Take ownership of your designs from the initial concept to the final working product. What We're Looking For




- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
- Minimum 2–3 years of hands-on experience with SolidWorks.
- Strong command of part modelling, assemblies, and engineering drawings.
- Practical knowledge of fabrication, welding, sheet metal, machining, and mechanical components.
- Ability to understand how a design will actually be manufactured, assembled, and used.
- A problem-solving mindset. Don't just identify problems—find solutions.
- Attention to detail, engineering discipline, and the ability to work independently. The Ideal Candidate You don't design something just because it looks good on a screen.
