We're hiring our first operations intern at NaukriSala. Not a "bring coffee" internship. You'll run real work from day one — talking to students, scheduling demos, and creating the posts that bring the next batch in. Role: Operations & Social Media Intern (Female) Company: NaukriSala — a placement-first academy What you'll actually do:
- Call students and leads, follow up, and book free demos
- Run daily operations: demo lists, batches, student queries
- Create Instagram posts with our team — ideas, captions, creatives Who should apply:
- Confident on calls, good spoken Hindi and English
- Organised and regular — students are waiting on your follow-up
- Basic Canva / Instagram skills. Not a designer, just good with posts What you get:
- 1 month training, then ₹3,000/month for the next 3 months
- Remote, full time but flexible hours
- Certificate, and a chance to stay on with NaukriSala after the internship
