Key Responsibilities
• Own and prioritize product backlogs, features, and user stories.
• Define product roadmaps aligned with business objectives and technology strategy.
• Collaborate with Business, Technology, Business Analysts, and Agile teams.
• Translate business requirements into explicit product specifications and acceptance criteria.
• Drive Agile delivery, backlog refinement, and end-to-end product implementation.
• Manage stakeholder expectations, delivery risks, and dependencies.
• Monitor product performance metrics and identify process improvement opportunities.
• Support testing, implementation, and post-production stabilization. Key Skills
• Strong Life Insurance or Wealth Insurance domain knowledge (mandatory).

Tech. from a reputed university.
• 8–12 years of relevant experience as a Business Systems Analyst / Product Manager.
• CSPO, PSPO, SAFe Product Owner/Product Manager, or equivalent certification preferred.
