Role Description The Human Resources Business Partner Intern will support HR initiatives and daily operations on-site at the Mumbai office. This internship role involves assisting with the implementation of HR policies, supporting employee relations activities, and helping manage performance review processes under guidance from senior HR team members. The intern will participate in HR data collection and reporting, coordinate onboarding and documentation, and help ensure compliance with relevant labor and employment regulations.



The role also includes collaborating with business leaders and HR colleagues to address employee queries, support HR programs, and contribute to a positive, inclusive workplace culture. Qualifications
• Foundational knowledge of Human Resources (HR) principles and HR Policies, with interest in applying them in a fast-paced, technology-driven environment.
• Skills in Employee Relations, with the ability to support conflict resolution, employee engagement initiatives, and workplace communication.
• Understanding of Labor and Employment Law concepts, with the ability to learn and follow compliance requirements and organizational guidelines.
• Exposure to Performance Management processes, including goal setting, feedback mechanisms, and basic HR analytics.
• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
• Solid interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work collaboratively across teams and functions.
• High level of integrity, discretion, and attention to detail in handling confidential information.
• Proficiency with MS Office or similar productivity tools; familiarity with HRIS or HR analytics tools is an advantage.
• Interest in the AI and technology sector, and willingness to learn about AI-driven business models and organizational transformation.
