Company Description VigilAMC helps Annual Maintenance Contract (AMC) teams manage fire safety assets more efficiently by automating tracking and reporting. The platform replaces manual paper and spreadsheet-based processes for hundreds of extinguishers, hydrants, and panels across multiple buildings. By putting every asset, due date, and client report on autopilot, VigilAMC reduces the risk of missed renewals and failed fire NOC audits. This leads to stronger client relationships, better compliance, and a competitive advantage for AMC providers. Role Description The Business Mentor is a full time, hybrid role based in the Greater Delhi Area, with flexibility for some work-from-home. This role focuses on guiding AMC partners and small business clients in using VigilAMC to strengthen operations, improve compliance, and grow revenue. Day-to-day responsibilities include mentoring business owners and teams, reviewing their current processes, and helping them create practical business plans aligned with VigilAMC’s capabilities. The Business Mentor will design and deliver training sessions on best practices, financial implications of missed renewals, and strategies to retain and expand client contracts. The role also involves collaborating with internal product and customer success teams to share insights from the field,



refine training materials, and support continuous improvement of client outcomes. Qualifications
• Ability to develop and implement effective business planning strategies, particularly for service-based or AMC-focused organizations.
• Demonstrated mentoring skills, with experience guiding small business owners or teams through operational and strategic challenges.
• Experience working with small businesses, preferably in services, compliance, facilities management, or related domains.
• Background in designing and delivering training programs, workshops, or coaching sessions for diverse audiences.
• Solid understanding of finance concepts relevant to small businesses, such as revenue optimization, contract value, and cost control.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trust and influence stakeholders at different levels.
• Comfort working in a hybrid environment in the Greater Delhi Area, managing both on-site visits and remote sessions.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Management, or a related field; an MBA or equivalent experience is an advantage.
• Prior experience in SaaS, compliance-focused services, or operations consulting is beneficial.
