Role Description The Pharmaceutical Product Management Trainer is a full-time, on-site role based in Dibrugarh East. This role is responsible for designing and delivering product training programs for internal teams, including sales and marketing professionals, to ensure thorough understanding of the company’s pharmaceutical portfolio. Daily activities include preparing training materials, conducting classroom and small-group sessions, and providing ongoing coaching and support to enhance product knowledge and effective field communication. The trainer will collaborate with product management and medical teams to ensure accuracy of scientific and commercial information, assess training effectiveness through feedback and performance metrics, and update training content according to recent product launches,



regulatory changes, and market needs. The role also involves organizing presentations, maintaining training records, and contributing to continuous improvement of training methodologies. Qualifications
• Candidates should possess strong Product Training and Training & Development skills, with experience designing structured learning programs for pharmaceutical or healthcare products.
• Candidates should possess effective Presentation Skills and Communication abilities, including the capacity to explain complex information clearly to varied audiences.
• Candidates should possess solid Analytical Skills to assess training needs, interpret performance data, and refine training content based on outcomes.
• Relevant experience in pharmaceutical sales, product management, medical affairs, or corporate training is highly beneficial.
• A bachelor’s degree in pharmacy, life sciences, or a related field is preferred; a background in education or business management is an advantage.
• Ability to work on-site in Dibrugarh East, manage multiple training projects, and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Proficiency in using presentation tools and basic office software; familiarity with learning management systems is a plus.
