One Bridge Immigration Law is an immigration legal consultancy working remotely with clients around the world. We prepare EB-1A, EB-2 NIW, EB-5, E-2, O-1, H-1B and L-1 cases for professionals, researchers, founders and investors. The role You’ll work closely with the Founding Lawyer on petitions from first document to final filing. This role is for someone who’s organised, careful with detail, and valuable at keeping clients on track. What you’ll do
• Draft petition letters, RFE responses and support documents
• Coordinate recommendation and draft expert opinion letters with referees
• Collect and organise client documents and evidence
• Prepare exhibit lists and indexed petition packages
• Fill out USCIS forms (I-140, I-129, I-907, I-485, I-765, I-131, G-28) and DS-160/DS-260
• Track deadlines,



receipt notices and case status
• Send clients regular updates and checklists What we’re looking for
• Bachelor's Degree in Law
• At least 1–2 years of experience with US immigration petitions, preferably employment-based (EB-1A, NIW, O-1, H-1B)
• Excellent written English and a strong eye for detail
• Reliable, responsive, and able to work remotely
• Familiarity with USCIS forms and filing requirements Bonus: experience with RFE or NOID responses How it works
