Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role based in Delhi, India. Team members in these multiple positions will support daily laboratory operations, including coordinating sample collection, preparing and processing specimens, and ensuring accurate data entry and documentation. Responsibilities may include assisting with routine laboratory workflows, maintaining equipment and supplies, following standardized testing procedures, and supporting quality control measures. Staff will also help facilitate timely communication of results to doctors and patients,



support digital reporting workflows, and respond to inquiries in a professional and empathetic manner. All duties are performed in accordance with established safety protocols, regulatory requirements, and internal quality standards. Qualifications
• Ability to follow detailed laboratory procedures and standard operating protocols with strong attention to accuracy and timeliness.
• Competence in basic computer use, including data entry, laboratory information systems, and digital reporting tools.
• Solid communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with patients, clinicians, and team members in a professional manner.
• Commitment to patient-centered service, confidentiality, and ethical handling of medical information.
• Ability to work on-site in Delhi, India, including standing for extended periods and performing routine laboratory tasks safely.
• Relevant education in laboratory sciences, life sciences, healthcare, or a related field; certification or prior experience in a clinical or diagnostic laboratory is an advantage.
• Willingness to learn, adapt to new technologies and procedures, and contribute to continuous improvement and quality initiatives.
