• Graduate degree is mandatory.
• MBA / Post Graduate qualification in Sales, Operations, Business Management, or a related discipline is preferred.

Experience:
• 8–10 years of relevant experience in Distribution, Sales Operations, FMCG, Food & Beverage, or related industries.
• Strong experience in managing large distributor networks and multi-region operations.
• Demonstrated capability in driving distribution transformation, market expansion, and productivity improvement.
• Candidates should ideally be currently working as an ASM (Area Sales Manager) or in a similar sales leadership role, with experience in handling a team.
• Robust exposure to rural market development and distribution expansion.
• Proven experience in developing and executing RTM strategies.
