Role Description The TGT – Social Studies role is a full-time, on-site teaching position based in Jaipur. The educator will plan and deliver engaging Social Studies lessons aligned with CBSE curriculum guidelines, using a variety of instructional strategies and learning resources. Daily responsibilities include preparing lesson plans, assessing student progress through assignments and tests, providing constructive feedback, and maintaining accurate academic records. The role involves creating an inclusive classroom environment, supporting diverse learning needs,



and encouraging students to develop critical thinking, civic awareness, and global perspectives. The teacher will also participate in staff meetings, professional development activities, school events, and collaborate with colleagues and parents to support student growth. Qualifications
• Candidates should possess strong subject knowledge in Social Studies (History, Civics, Geography, and related disciplines) and a clear understanding of the CBSE curriculum.
• Candidates should possess effective classroom management, lesson planning, and student assessment skills to support wide-ranging learning styles.
• Candidates should possess excellent communication, explanation, and interpersonal skills to engage learners and collaborate with families and colleagues.
• Candidates should possess skills in using educational technology, digital teaching tools, and modern pedagogical methods to enhance classroom learning.
• Candidates should possess a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Social Sciences, Education, or a related field, preferably with B.
Ed. and relevant teaching experience at middle or secondary school level.
