Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Lead Technical Architect role based in Gurugram. The Lead Technical Architect is responsible for defining and owning end-to-end technical architecture for key products and platforms, ensuring alignment with business objectives and enterprise standards. Daily responsibilities include reviewing and designing system architectures, guiding solution designs, overseeing integration patterns, and collaborating with product owners, engineers, and stakeholders to translate requirements into scalable technical solutions. The role involves mentoring development teams, conducting design and code reviews, establishing best practices, and proactively addressing performance, security, and reliability concerns.



The Lead Technical Architect will also participate in technology evaluations, roadmap planning, and documentation of architectural decisions and standards. Qualifications
• Strong Technical Architecture and Solution Architecture skills, with proven experience designing complex, distributed systems.
• Hands-on Software Development experience, including proficiency in modern programming languages and frameworks.
• Expertise in Integration approaches and patterns (APIs, microservices, messaging, middleware) for connecting heterogeneous systems.
• Background in Enterprise Architecture, including standards, governance, and aligning technology with long-term business strategy.
• Experience leading technical teams, mentoring engineers, and driving architectural decisions across multiple projects.
• Knowledge of cloud platforms (such as AWS, Azure, or GCP), security best practices, performance optimization, and scalability design.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to communicate complex technical concepts to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
