About the Role
We are looking for a confident, enthusiastic, and result-oriented Business Development Executive with excellent English communication and presentation skills. The candidate will be responsible for representing our company's portals, software solutions, and digital services to potential clients, building professional relationships, and identifying new business opportunities. The ideal candidate should be comfortable communicating with clients, delivering product presentations, explaining software features, and understanding client requirements to recommend suitable solutions.

Key Responsibilities
• Product Presentation: Present and demonstrate the portals, software, and digital solutions to potential clients.
• Client Communication: Communicate professionally with prospective clients through calls, emails, online meetings, and presentations.
• Business Development: Identify and explore new business opportunities to expand the company's client base.
• Lead Generation: Research potential clients, identify prospects, and generate qualified business leads.
• Product Knowledge: Develop a thorough understanding of the company's software, portals, features, and services.
• Client Requirement Analysis: Understand business requirements and explain how our products and solutions can address client needs.
• Follow-ups: Follow up with prospective clients, maintain relationships, and track business opportunities.
• Meetings & Demonstrations: Schedule and conduct client meetings and product demonstrations.
• Sales Pipeline Management: Maintain lead records,



update CRM systems, and track prospects throughout the sales process.
• Reporting: Prepare regular reports on client interactions, follow-ups, leads, and business development activities.
• Internal Coordination: Coordinate with relevant internal teams to ensure smooth communication and timely responses to client queries. Required Skills & Qualifications
• Graduate in any stream; candidates with relevant experience are also welcome.
• Excellent spoken and written English communication skills.
• Strong presentation, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
• Confidence in explaining software products, portals, and digital services.
• Good client-handling and relationship-building abilities.
• Strong follow-up, organizational, and time-management skills.
• Basic knowledge of MS Excel, Google Sheets, and CRM tools.
• A proactive, professional, and target-oriented mindset. Preferred Candidate Profile
